A cozy escape in London
Spent 11 nights as a couple and loved the charming decor throughout! The bar was an ideal spot for a nightcap, and breakfast was a delight – way better than a buffet. Only wish the marmalade was tastier, felt a bit bland compared to the rest. a perfect home base for exploring the area!

Had a fantastic time with friends here! We visited the Wallace Collection and strolled along Oxford Street, both just a short walk away. The hotel has a charming ambiance and helpful staff, making it a pleasant stay. Just a heads-up , the bar closes early and there is limited air-conditioning, so plan accordingly.
Unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, making it a bit uncomfortable during the warm nights.

Perfect for a couple's getaway
Had a great breakfast where every item was freshly cooked, no buffet nonsense. The staff really went out of their way, got us tea and coffee while they hurriedly prepared our room ahead of time.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still pretty fair for the experience.

Excellent location off a bustling high street, providing easy access to shopping and nearby parks. Rooms feature charming wooden armoires and cozy decor, creating a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
Breakfast service left much to be desired, with a long wait time before orders arrived and pricey menu items that felt underwhelming. Room sizes can range drastically. a single room might be cramped and lacking in heating, which could make your stay uncomfortable. the room service menu is quite limited after 3 PM, making it difficult to find a satisfying meal later in the evening.

we stayed for 3 nights n loved the room, it was tastefully decorated n super comfy. the location was perfect, right in the city n close to fun shops n pubs. staff was friendly and professional, really made ur stay better. when we had a small problem with our room, they offered us an alternative right away. overall, a nice experience!
one thing tho, breakfast could have been better, like the coffee wasnt good at all. also, we wished for more power sockets in the room.
